Less than a day later 2nd floor and roof done!

Once again I am working so the wife took the bull by the horns and photographed the days progress.  The roof, walls, and much of the innards are framed.  I guess this is why it goes so quick since RH's pre-fab's all this stuff at the factory and then assemble the puzzle pieces on scene instead of building it on sight.

And just like that, she was there...

This house was not offered by the developer to build in the neighborhood.  As far as I know and for now there are only 3 of these in the entire neighborhood.  I think this is one of the most underrated models Ryan Homes has.  I can't wait till this is built.  Will look better than some of the other models that cost $20k more.
