Ok new topic. Anyone know anything about the landscaping. I hear you have the choice of 2 different trees. You get a whopping 2 trees total and piles of mulch and that's it. However, that aint gonna cut it with me. I want some mature pine trees or something in the back and want to strategically position some trees on the sides if possible. We will have a hot tub in the rear yard I hope and want some privacy.
I doubt Sgt. Rich reads my blog but if you do...anyone local any good? If anyone else has some general ideas I'm all ears. Thanks!!
Hmmmmm, they are in the middle of doing our concrete, but pour so differently....They do one side first, let it dry, then do the other side?? I wonder why??
ReplyDeleteAs far as landscaping, I'm kinda not a RH fan right now, so my standards are really low. I have been living on a pile of dirt since Jan. and I'm so over it! I could tell my PM what I wanted in landscaping but it will fall on deaf ears!! So I am not sure what you guys get in your community, I am sure it will "get" what I "get", hell they might just forgot me, just like they forgot to install my transom window...(sorry little bitter right now..LOL)
Don't be surprised to approach your home one day and the landscaping already be done, talk to your PM.
