The price will be higher since i built in 2013 and everything costs more now but when it was all said and done we paid $263k I think. Keep in mind we live in Ky. We also used nvr mortgage and got a low rate on a 15 year loan.
My husband and I are having a meeting about building this home and after seeing your stairs I would love them. Could you give me any information on widening the stairs or how much that upgrade was? Thanks!
